This fruit kabob recipe is great for entertaining and kid-friendly! Swap in your favorite fruits for a tasty low-fat snack.
Makes 8 Kabobs
8 Strawberries, halved
1 Can pineapple chunks (in juice, not syrup)
2 Kiwis, cubed
4 Light string cheese sticks, quartered
8 Wooden skewers
- Place fruit on skewers alternating strawberries, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, and cheese.
- Repeat steps for remaining skewers, adding additional fruit or cheese as desired.
