Grape Salsa

The addition of sweet, juicy black grapes creates a healthy and refreshing salsa – perfect for any party or barbeque.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Black Grapes (diced)
  • 3 Serrano Chiles (seeded and diced)
  • ¼ Cup Red Onion (finely diced)
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 Can (15 oz) Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 ¼ Cups Canned Corn
  • 2 Teaspoon Salt
  • Juice of 2 Limes

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve with chips.
