As president and CEO of Sun World, Allen is responsible for every facet of the company’s business – from growing operations to marketing and delivering high quality produce to consumers around the globe. His knowledge and experience trickles down to every detail and every decision.

David Marguleas

Senior Vice President Sourcing, Licensing, R&D, Facilities

David is responsible for managing Sun World’s licensing and variety development programs as well as the company’s sourcing functions and packing/cold storage facilities. Ultimately, developing and delivering better fruit is the crux of David’s responsibilities. His lifelong history with Sun World has more than qualified him for such an important task.

David Hostetter

Chief Financial Officer

David’s primary goal at Sun World is to assist the organization in leveraging its people, talents, resources and technology to create value for its stakeholders. As CFO, his specific tasks include securing working capital, strategically managing cash flow, and developing productive measures for ensuring continued growth and effectiveness. David holds a Masters in Accounting from Brigham Young University, and boasts 25 years of managing the finances of respectable companies. Previously he was the CFO of Sun Pacific. 

David Fenn

Senior Vice President of Farming, Water and Land Management

Being Mother Nature’s right hand man is no easy task. David spends his days ensuring that Sun World’s lands are farmed properly and that its water resources are used responsibly. Sun World is lucky to have him protecting the earth for future generations. In fact, he’s spent the last 23 years managing Sun World ‘s vineyards in Bakersfield and Coachella, overseeing operations in Egypt and supervising food quality for the entire organization. His current position is the culmination of many years’ dedication to producing high quality produce, including adapting cultural practices to meet quality assurance standards for table grape growing.

Gordon Robertson

Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing

It’s not enough to grow delicious produce that offers delightful flavors. You also have to communicate the benefits of your produce to customers and consumers around the world, and ensure that you have the right product going to the right customer. As senior vice president of sales & marketing, Gordon is the ultimate liaison between growers, customers, and consumers managing all international and domestic sales and marketing activities for the company.

Karen Vived

Vice President Human Resources

Karen’s business is the people of Sun World. She develops and implements human resource programs covering organizational planning and development; employment, new employee onboarding and training; employee relations, compensation; benefits; safety and health; and employee services for the entire company. As a member of the senior leadership team responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, she also helps ensure the company’s continued growth and success.
