Allen Vangelos is the President and Chief
Executive Officer for Sun
World International, LLC.
He assumed the position in
January 2008 and oversees
all company operations.
Allen
brings an in depth
background to the company,
spanning 35 years of
experience in both fresh and
processed food products. He
has served as the President
and CEO of Calavo Growers of
California, President
International Diversified
Business and Fresh Marketing
for Dole, and has served as
Chairman & CEO of BC
Hothouse Foods, Inc. His
most recent venture is as
principal of Novelle
Consultants, an
international agribusiness
consulting firm.
Vangelos
attended Washington
University where he received
a Business Administration
degree. He has
also been very active in
agribusiness seminars at
various universities.

DAVID
HOSTETTER
CHIEF ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
David Hostetter is Sun
World's Chief
Administration Officer.
David joined Sun World in
April of 2006 where he now
oversees finance,
accounting, human resources,
corporate compliance and
legal affairs/enforcement,
information technology and
enterprise transformation.
David comes to Sun World
with an extensive
background in
agriculture, finance and
accounting. He was the
Chief Financial Officer
of Sun Pacific Shippers
before joining Sun
World. Previous to that
he held several
management and executive
positions with Tanimura
and Antle, Inc. where he
spent ten years and was
part of that company's
tremendous growth and
success. David earned
his CPA with Arthur
Andersen where he spent
eight years as a Senior
Manager in the firm's
Enterprise Practice
serving primarily owner
managed business in the
middle market.
David received his
undergraduate and
graduate degrees from
Brigham Young University
graduating with honors
in 1988. David resides
in Bakersfield with his
wife Deanna and their
five children.

MICHAEL J. AITON
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, SALES
& MARKETING
Michael J. Aiton is Senior
Vice President of Sales and
Marketing for Sun World
International, LLC., a
position to which he was named
in September 1995. He joined
Sun World as director of
marketing in 1991 and was
promoted to vice president of
marketing in September 1992
and vice president of sales
and marketing/North America in
April 1993. As senior vice
president of sales and
marketing, Aiton is
responsible for worldwide
sales of all Sun World
products.
Previously, he was the
director of produce and floral
operations for King Soopers, a
leading Colorado supermarket
chain. One of the nation's
most respected retailers,
Aiton was responsible for all
produce and floral purchasing,
sales and operations,
including quality control,
marketing, and profitability
standards. He began his career
with the supermarket chain in
1967 where he served in
various retail positions and
was promoted seven times
within 24 years.
Aiton is a former member of
the Produce Marketing
Association's board of
directors and chaired that
organization's nutrition
marketing task force.
Additionally, he has served as
the chairman of The Always Buy
Colorado Promotion
Association.
Aiton attended the University
of Colorado where he majored
in journalism. A native of
Colorado, he resides in Palm
Desert with his wife Debby and
their seven children.

KEVIN S. ANDREW
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Kevin
S. Andrew is Chief Operations
Officer for
Sun World International, LLC.
Kevin oversees farming
operations, supply
chain/logistics, management
of the Company water assets,
and research and development.
Andrew managed Superior
Farming Company's grape
production prior to that
company's acquisition by Sun
World. He began his career
with Superior Farming Company
in 1984 as an area
superintendent. Prior to that,
he worked from 1979 to 1984
for Farrior Farms, Inc. in
Fresno managing several
ranches.
A 1989 graduate of the
California Agriculture
Leadership Program, Andrew is
a past chairman of the board
of directors for the
California Association of Wine
Grape Growers, a member of the
board of the North Kern Water
Storage District, a founding
member of the South San
Joaquin Grape Growers
Association, past chairman of
the Wine Grape Inspection
Advisory Committee, a
governor-appointed position,
as well as a member of the
executive committee of the
Agricultural Energy Consumers
Association (AECA).
A sports enthusiast, Andrew
attended Fresno State
University on a basketball
scholarship and received his
bachelor of science degree in
viticulture.
He was born in Arizona and
currently lives in Bakersfield
with his wife, Maureen, and
their four children.

DAVID O. MARGULEAS
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
David
O. Marguleas is Chief
Marketing Officer for Sun
World International, LLC.
He oversees global sales and
marketing, business
development, sourcing and
licensing.
An officer of
the Company since 1990,
Marguleas has served in
various marketing,
merchandising and management
roles. He joined Sun World in
1986 and until 1990 served as
manager of merchandising and
corporate relations.
Marguleas was
instrumental in launching
several specialty products for
Sun World, including its
branded sweet red and yellow
peppers, SUN WORLD SEEDLESS®
watermelon and DIVINE RIPE®
tomato. He also re-positioned
its flagship SUPERIOR SEEDLESS®
and BLACK DIAMOND® brands for
use with proprietary grapes
and plums.
He is
actively involved with various
food industry organizations,
serving on the Board of
Directors of the California
Table Grape Commission and the
California Grape and Tree
Fruit League. He is a member
of the Produce Marketing
Association's International
Advisory Council and is a past
member of that organization's
Board of Directors and
Executive Committee. He also
serves on Cornell University's
Food Industry Management
program's advisory board.
Marguleas has served as a
director of the California
Date Administrative Committee,
the California Tomato Board
and the National Watermelon
Promotion Board. Additionally,
he was a founding member of
the Board of Directors for the
Produce for Better Health
Foundation (national 5 a Day
program).
Prior to
joining Sun World, Marguleas
founded and published The
Times Monitor, a weekly
college newsmagazine, located
in Ithaca, New York while
attending Cornell University.
He graduated from Cornell's
College of Agriculture and
Life Sciences in 1983, earning
a Bachelor of Science degree
in communications with an
emphasis in food marketing.
During his
residence in upstate New York,
Marguleas was a correspondent
for The New York Times and The
Packer, a major agribusiness
publication. He is also a
former news and agribusiness
reporter for The Bakersfield
Californian.
The
California native was born in
Palm Springs and now lives in
Palm Desert with his wife and
two children.

DAVID FENN
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, QUALITY
ASSURANCE
David Fenn is Senior Vice
President of Southern Table
Grape and Packing
Operations. Named to
his current position in
December 2003, he is
responsible for farming
and packing operations for Sun
World in the Coachella
Valley.
Previously, Fenn
lived in Egypt with his family
and managed
Sun World's new Egyptian
farming enterprise, a 100,000
acre venture in partnership
with His Royal Highness Prince
Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin
Abdulaziz Alsaud and the
Government of Egypt. He was
responsible for the
development phase of up to
100,000 acres in the South
Valley of Egypt. Before
that, Fenn oversaw the
company's citrus and table
grape operations in the
Coachella and Cadiz valleys of
Southern California.
Fenn has a
wealth of industry experience,
which ranges from his previous
service at Sun World's San
Joaquin Valley operations and
at Santa Rosa Ranches to his
role as Executive Vice
President of Operations for
California Grapevine Nursery
in Napa.
Fenn is a
1991 graduate of the
California Agricultural
Leadership Program. He
graduated from the University
of Arizona in 1981, earning a
B.S. in Agricultural Economics
and was the recipient of a
full scholarship from Santa
Rosa Ranches to attend the
University of California at
Davis where he attained his
Master's Degree in Viticulture
in 1982.
Fenn was born
and reared in Mexico and is
bilingual and bicultural. He,
his wife Kathy, and four
children currently reside in
La Quinta.
