A graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, he has cooked and been a chef at well known establishments such as the Waldorf Astoria, Top of Five Restaurant, BorderGrill, Wolfgang Puck and Tengu. He was a personal chef for Gary Wilson the owner of Northwest Airlines. Chef Mulia has cooked for illustrious state and foreign dignitaries, CEO`s, celebrities and musicians. He is currently a Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu / CSCA in Pasadena.
